Subprocessors
Effective: 1 March 2026
We run My Journey Analytics on our own datacentre and infrastructure, supported by a small number of carefully chosen service providers. This page describes the categories of providers that may process Customer Personal Data, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new category of subprocessor.
Australian region
For workspaces hosted in our Australian region (https://app.myjourneyanalytics.com):

All analytics data collected for workspaces in the Australian region, including events, session recordings and customer profiles, is stored in Sydney, Australia.
AI features
These providers process data only if AI features are enabled and used in your workspace. They receive only the inputs needed for each request, and are not permitted to use your data to train their models.

Other regions
Only our Australian region is offered at present. Before we open another region, we will publish the categories of providers it uses on this page.
Our website and account administration
Our marketing website and the management of customer accounts run on our own infrastructure and network services. They do not process data collected by your websites and apps.
Full provider details
Business customers who have signed our Data Processing Addendum can request the full list of named providers, including their locations and safeguards. We share it under confidentiality.
