Subscriptions
Send an insight or a whole dashboard to your team by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams on a regular schedule.
A subscription delivers an insight or a dashboard on a schedule, such as every Monday morning, so your team sees the numbers without having to open the app.
Subscriptions are available on plans that include Report subscriptions. Your plan may also limit how many subscriptions each project can have; if you reach the limit, the app tells you when you try to add another.
Subscribe to an insight or dashboard
- Open the insight or dashboard.
- Click Subscribe. The button shows a count when subscriptions already exist.
- Fill in the details below and save.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Name | A name for the subscription, such as "Weekly team report". |
| Destination | Email, Slack or Microsoft Teams. |
| Recurrence | How often to send: every 1 to 12 days, weeks or months, on the day and at the time you choose. |

Destinations
Enter the email addresses to send to. You can add an optional Message that new subscribers receive.
Slack
Choose a Slack connection and the channel to post to. Your project needs a Slack connection first, which an admin can add under Settings → Project → Integrations.
Microsoft Teams
Enter a Microsoft Teams webhook URL for the channel you want to post to. Create the webhook in Teams first, then paste its address here.
Check it works
Use Send a test run now to send the subscription straight away, so you can check how it looks before the first scheduled delivery.
Manage subscriptions
Open Subscriptions to see every scheduled subscription in the project, with its destination and schedule. Open one to edit it, see its delivery history, or pause it by turning off Enabled.
